For those times when you are not in Goa to look after your apartment yourself, we will undertake a weekly inspection of your apartment and ensure that all is well and that the apartment is clean and tidy at all times.

We can open the windows and doors and allow the apartment is aired through.

We have found that this is far better than "abandoning" your property for prolonged periods and then having a great deal of work to undertake in order to bring the apartment up to standard for any guests.

We do ask that a minimum of four inspections are booked with us and the fees for this are payable in advance in the UK. We will arrange for the transfer of relevant funds to Goa in a block transfer, which will save you money.
