Blue Beach Resort stands just off the main road from Calangute to Arpora in the northern part of Goa. It lies approximately half a kilometre south of Arpora adjacent to Arpora Bridge and wood yard. It is well signed from the main road.

It was completed in January 2007 and consists of seven blocks of apartments, ranging from studios and one bedroom apartments, through to two bedroom apartments with en-suite facilities.

Many of the apartments have balconies with view of the pool, nearby lake or river.

All are fitted with western style toilets and showers, while many have air conditioning fitted.

The interiors are mainly furnished and decorated according to the owners individual tastes and most are fitted with modern conveniences such as fridge/freezer, cooking facilities, cable TV and Hi-Fi.
